摘  要:永磁调速技术是一种创新的节能技术,采用稀土永磁材料利用非接触方式传递扭矩,通过调节间隙实现对水泵的无级调速,具有结构简单,环境适应性强,运行可靠性高,维护简便等特点。田集发电厂2 000 kW凝结水泵采用了永磁调速器的技术改造方案,投运后运行调节稳定,节能效果显著,这次2 000 kW最大功率立式泵采用永磁调速装置是首次运用,对同类型设备的节能技术运用有一定的借鉴意义。Permanent magnetic(PM) speed regulation technology is an innovative energy-saving technology.By adopting rare earth permanent magnetic materials,using non-contact torque transmission means,adjusting the gap,the stepless speed regulating of pumps was achieved.The PM technology has the characteristics of simple structure,strong environmental adaptability,high reliability and easy maintenance.The application of PM technology on the 2 000 kW condensate pump in Tianji power plant shows that the operation was stable and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.The maximum power of 2 000 kW vertical pump with permanent magnet control devices was firstly used,which can provide a reference for the use of energy-saving technologies of the same type of equipment.
