摘 要:随着城市化进程以及电力工业的快速发展,变电站环境噪声对附近居民的影响日益突出。分析不同类型变电站噪声源的特点,研究铝纤维吸声板的面密度、空腔厚度及纤维种类等结构参数对其吸声性能的影响规律。结果表明,面密度为484 g/m2、空腔厚度为8 cm的自研切削铝纤维吸声板的综合吸声效果和技术经济性较好,适用于变电站低频降噪。介绍自研切削铝纤维吸声板在城市110 kV室内变电站噪声治理中的应用,阐述其与微穿孔板复合的新型吸声结构在输变电设施,特别是变电站噪声综合治理中的良好降噪效果和广泛应用前景。With the rapid development of urbanization and electric power industry,the impact of noises in substations on inhabitants nearby has become increasingly obvious.The characteristics of noises in different types of substations were discussed.The effects of surface density,airspace thickness and fiber categories of aluminum fiber panels on sound absorption coefficients were investigated.The results indicate that the sound-absorbing panels with cutting aluminum fibers have some good features on noise-absorbing and technical economy.Applications of cutting aluminum fiber panels in 110 kV indoor substations were introduced,which expounded the wide perspectives of combination applications of cutting aluminum fiber panels and micro-perforated panels for sound absorption in power transmission and distribution facilities,especially for the comprehensive control of noises in substations.
