摘　　要：通过对2011年全国220 kV及以上电压等级输变电设施可靠性指标的分析,特别是对影响变压器、断路器、架空线路3类主要输变电设施可靠性的计划停运、非计划停运的主要因素及目前在运的特高压输电线路的分析与评估,提出了影响可靠性因素的变化趋势,为电力系统规划、设计制造、设备选型、安装调试、生产运行、检修维护等各环节工作提供了技术支撑。According to the statistics on reliability indices of nation-wide 220 kV and the above power transmission and transformation facilities in 2010,especially operation data of three main kinds of power transmission and transformation facilities,namely transformer,circuit breaker and overhead line,the main influencing causes of scheduled and unscheduled outages were analyzed and evaluated.Through the analysis of reliability indices in recent years,the reliability changing tendency was discussed,which provided the beneficial basis for improving the reliability of power transmission and transformation facilities in the coming years.
