摘  要:介绍了背压式汽动引风机的汽水流程和烟气系统流程,对系统改造前后引风机的转速、功率、控制策略进行了比较。针对背压式汽动引风机调试过程中调速风机和定速风机并列运行所遇到的调速风机失速问题,提出如何判断调速风机是否带上负载以及风机并联过程中在运行方式、控制策略上的调整措施;对机组低负荷和快速减负荷时,单台背压式汽动引风机做功能力不足进行分析,并阐述有关的补救措施。总结了背压式汽动引风机改造的成功和不足之处,供有关人员参考。The steam water flow and air-gas system flow for back pressure steam-driven induced-draft fans are introduced.The rotation speed,power consumption and control strategy of the induced-draft fan before and after retrofit are compared.According to the stall of variable speed fan in the mode of fixed speed fan and variable speed fan parallel operation during the debugging of the back pressure steam-driven induced-draft fan (IDF),the method for judging whether the variable speed induced-fan is loaded and the method for adjusting the operation mode and control strategy are proposed.The shortage of power capacity for one turbine induced-draft fan when the unit is in low load or in runback mode is analyzed with the remedial measures promoted.The merits and demerits of the retrofit for back pressure steam-driven induced-draft fans are summarized for reference.
