摘  要:哈密至郑州±800 kV特高压直流是我国第1条风火打捆外送的直流工程,也是华中电网受入的第1条大容量直流线路,其建设对华中电网调峰以及安全稳定有较大影响。提出了大容量直流对受端电网的要求,通过分析分区电力平衡及电网结构,论证了哈密受端换流站应落点郑州东部;电力系统运行模拟计算表明华中电网自身调峰能力是可以满足直流送入需要的;电网稳定仿真计算表明华北至华中交流断面是受端电网的薄弱环节,需要加强该断面输电能力或者降低断面输送容量以保证电网安全稳定运行。The UHVDC project from Hami to Zhengzhou is China′s first dedicated DC Project for wind power and thermal power transmission,and the first large capacity project transmitting power to Central China power grid.Its construction will significantly affect the peak-regulation ability,security and stability of the receiving-end grid.The requirements of large capacity DC transmission for the receiving-end gird are proposed.The receiving-end location of Hami-Zhengzhou project is verified through regional electricity balance calculation and grid structure analysis,which is selected in the east of Zhengzhou City.Power system operation simulation proves that the peak-regulation ability of Central China grid can meet the requirements of the DC transmission.But the simulation calculation for grid security and stability indicates that the AC interconnection lines between North China grid and Central China grid are weak.Therefore the AC interconnection section needs to be strengthened or the section′s transmission capacity needs to be lowered for security and stability of the power grid.
