摘  要:为了提高变压器油色谱在线监测系统测试结果的可靠性,针对油气分离和混合气体分离装置存在的问题,研制出1种改进装置。该装置主要包括真空脱气系统和自动进样系统2部分,其涉及温度控制和电磁阀控制。试验结果表明,所研制的装置对变压器油色谱在线监测具有很好的辅助作用,真空脱气系统脱气时间短,20 min油气分离即可达到饱和状态,且体积小(100 mm×100 mm×100 mm);混合气体分离效率高,20 min内混合气体分离率可达97.3%,并能快速分离出CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2、H2、CO等多种故障特征气体。2011年6月,该装置已成功投运于高速铁路客运专线牵引变电所,工作状态始终稳定,能够很好满足现场测试需要。In order to improve the reliability of the transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system,in view of the problems of oil and gas,gas mixture separation device,an improved gas-oil dissociation device is developed.The device consists of a vacuum degassing system and an automatic injection system involving temperature control and electromagnetic valve control.Test results show that the device is effective in transformer oil chromatograph on-line monitoring.The degassing of the vacuum degassing system takes less time;within 20 minutes the gas-oil dissociation can reach saturation state.Its size is as small as(100 mm×100 mm×100 mm).It also shows a high separating efficiency.Within 20 minutes the gas mixture degassing rate can reach up to 97.3%,and many fault-characterized gases can be quickly degassed,such as CH4,C2H6,C2H4,C2H2,H2 and CO.In June of 2011,the device was successfully commissioned in a substation for high-speed railway passenger special line traction.Since then,it has been working stably and met the demand of field testing.
