摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰为原料,利用氨催化共凝胶法制备醋酸洗必泰-二氧化硅杂化抗菌材料,采用低温氮吸附、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱等方法表征样品的比表面积、颗粒形貌、表面元素组成和表面基团,通过抑菌圈检测表征样品对金色葡萄球菌的抑制能力及材料的耐热稳定性。结果表明,制备的醋酸洗必泰-二氧化硅杂化抗菌材料中醋酸洗必泰和二氧化硅高度均匀分散,材料具有较好的耐热性能,而且在空气中200℃下热处理30 min仍可有效保持其抗菌能力;制备的杂化材料对金色葡萄球菌具有明显的溶出抗菌性能,可尝试作为耐热型抗菌添加剂应用于需要热加工的高聚物中。Chlorohexidine acetates-silica composite antibacterial materials were prepared by the method of ammonia catalytic common gel with tetraethoxysilane and chlorohexidine acetates as raw materials.Low-temperature N2 adsorption,SEM and FTIR methods were employed to investigate specific surface area,particle morphology and functional group on the sample surface.Bacteriostasis circle experiments were conducted to assess the dissolving antibacterial performance of the samples upon aureus staphylococcus and thermal stability of materials.The results show that chlorohexidine acetates and silica in chlorohexidine acetates-silica composite antibacterial materials are highly dispersed.The materials have good heat resistance.With calcinations under 200 ℃ in air for 30 min,the antibacterial performance of the composite can be successfully observed.The composite materials prepared exhibite obvious digestion antibacterial ability upon aureus staphylococcus.They can be tried as heat resistant antibacterial additives which are applied into polymers needing hot working.
