摘 要:铸钢节点由于设计自由度大、适应性好、力学性能优异而倍受青睐。铸钢节点在局部高应力区形成圆角圆滑过渡,既具有美观的流线型外形又避免了相贯切割及焊缝重叠引起的应力集中。随着高层,大跨建筑及新型结构的不断采用,铸钢节点大型化、复杂化趋势明显。受运输、吊装以及制造等条件的限制,超大铸钢件的应用面临诸多挑战。提出了一般铸钢件的适宜重量和尺度,认为超大铸钢件的适当拆分或采用组合式铸钢件不失为一个好的思路,但由此带来的一些相关技术问题需作进一步研究。Cast steel joint is especially popular with the following advantages : more design flexibility , wide adaptability and excellent mechanical properties.Cast steel joints adopt rounded smooth transitions in local high-stress areas that not only have the appearance of streamline shape , but also avoid the stress concentration due to intersecting cut and overlapping weld comparing to traditional joints.With the development of long span spatial structures , high-rise buildings and novel structures , being larger and more complex have become the typical characteristics of cast steel joints.However , limited by transportation , lifting , manufacturing and other conditions , super large steel castings are facing many challenges.In this paper , suitable weight and dimension for general steel casting joints are proposed and the splitting of super large cast steel joints and the adoption of composite steel castings are recommended.Although some of the following technologies are still required for further study.
