摘　　要：专利地图是实施企业专利预警的基础性工具。本文首先从三个层面、九大模块的角度构建了基于专利地图的企业专利预警模式。随后以美的微波炉为例展开实证研究,对实证企业从行业、企业自身和竞争对手进行专利地图绘制与分析,探寻专利地图对于预警机制的具体效用,为我国企业开展专利预警工作提供参考和借鉴模式。Patent map is a basic tool for carrying out enterprise patent early warning system.In this article,the mode of enterprise patent early warning is built up based on patent map from the perspective of three levels and nine building blocks.Then,Midea microwave Co.is used as a studying case to carry out practical study.The patent map of selected corporation is drawn and analyzed based on the pattern of the industry,enterprise itself,and its competitors.This study helps to explore effective application of patent map early warning mechanism and provides reference and guidelines for enterprise early patent warning of our country.
