摘 要:针对南水北调中线干线工程中汤河涵洞式渡槽施工期混凝土分期浇筑产生的温度变化,运用大型有限元计算软件对施工过程温度场进行仿真模拟,得到了涵洞式渡槽在整个施工期温度场的时空分布规律。计算结果并与现场实测数据进行对比分析,验证了混凝土浇筑施工期温度受结构尺寸影响较大,即:尺寸越大,内部温升越大,在结构内部产生的水化热消散越缓慢。该成果对类似工程施工期温度应力分析和温控具有一定借鉴意义。Aiming at the temperature change occurred during the staged-placement of concrete for the construction of Tanghe Culvert Aqueduct on the main channel of the Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the simulation on the temperature field during the construction is made with a large finite element calculation software,and then the law of the temporal-spatial distribution of the temperature field throughout the construction of the aqueduct is obtained.Furthermore,the calculation result is compared with the data measured from the site and it demonstrates that the temperature during the concreting is more largely impacted by the relevant structural size,i.e.the larger the size is,the higher the internal temperature rise is to be along with the slower dissipation of the hydration heat inside of the structure.Generally,this study result has a referential significance for the analysis of temperature stress and temperature control during construction made by the other similar projects.
