基于战略管理视角的高水平运动员培养机制研究

摘　　要：竞技体育的发展水平,决定着一个国家综合竞争力。作为竞技体育的重要支撑力量的高水平运动员培养体系,经过20多年的实践被证明是行之有效的培养运动健将的培养模式。从高水平运动员培养体系实施背景、发展历程、运行现状等方面展开分析,探究高水平运动员培养体系中的内在逻辑和运行规律,明确高水平运动员培养的本质。运用战略管理的研究思路,针对现行培养机制中存在的问题,构建基于绩效考核与可持续发展的创新运动员培养框架,从而有效促进高水平运动员事业的健康发展,推动我国竞技体育的高效、健康与可持续发展。The development level of competitive sports determines the comprehensive competitiveness of states.As an important supporting power of competitive sports,cultivation mechanism of high-level athletes has been proved to be effective model of cultivating good athletes in the 20 years.This article will analyze the cultivation mechanism of high-level athletes from these aspects of background,development history and current condition,in order to study its interior logic and operation regularity,to confirm the goal of cultivating high-level athletes.In order to solve the existing problems in present cultivation mechanism,to effectively facilitate the healthy development of high-level athlete's profession,to promote the effective and healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports of China,it is necessary to adopt the method of strategic management and create the innovative framework which is based on performance assessment and sustainable development.
