The methods like power cycling or heart rate telemetry for outstanding women's basketball players were employed to test WCBA,blood lactate and heart rate through changes in training load monitoring and evaluation of physical technology to support women's basketball athletes. The results showed that blood lactate and pulse shows instability in high-intensity cycling training or pulse, meanwhile there is sustained period of time, during which the athlete's special physical fitness decreased and response delayed, distraction, through short-term regulation, athletes to return to a more satisfactory state.Findings: In the WCBA sports team training, the recommended target monitor can evaluate WCBA training load through heart rate and blood lactate.WCBA athletes through the training load(heart rate and blood lactate) determination, can reflect the intensity of the size of the training load, training load to bear on the athletes ability and training status of a comprehensive evaluation to improve the training effect.Training should be based on indicators to change training programs according to heart rate and blood lactate, adjust exercise intensity to prevent fatigue. The use of heart rate and blood lactate indicators shall be encouraged to strengthen the scientific training to improve the quality of training and women's basketball WCBA special load capacity.
