摘 要:以解决大面积、高强度硫磺砂浆配合比、拆除及防裂等技术难题为目的,通过现场工程实例,阐述连续梁桥临时支座中硫磺砂浆的性能;通过试验得到了高强度硫磺砂浆配合比;在硫磺砂浆烧熔试验中改进了制作方法,采用电热管作为导体;应用ANSYS有限元软件对硫磺砂浆热熔进行温度场模拟,得到了电热管合理间距;在应用过程中提出跳仓施工的合理方案,减少了裂缝的产生。上述措施使硫磺砂浆的施工工艺更加完善,使硫磺砂浆复合支座得以成功实施。To solve the technical problems of sulfur mortar of large area and high strength such as the mixing proportion,demolition method and crack prevention,the performance of sulfur mortar of temporary bearing in continuous girder bridge is expounded based on engineering examples in this paper.First,the mixing proportion of the high strength sulfur mortar was obtained through experiments,and by using the electro-thermal tube as a conductor in the hot melting test,the fabrication method was improved.Further,by using ANSYS finite element software to simulate sulfur mortar temperature field in the hot melting state,the rational electro-thermal tube spaces were obtained.In addition,by using reasonable construction methods of alternate segments in the application,the cracks were reduced.With above measures,the construction technology of sulfur mortar was improved and the composite bearing with sulfur mortar was successfully constructed.
