熵变下建设工程项目经理部的组织风险分析

摘　　要：项目经理部是建设工程项目实施过程中的直接项目管理组织,在工程实践中它面临着各种各样的风险,其中自身的组织风险是一个值得关注的内容。从熵变的角度出发,深入分析了我国建设工程项目经理部在运作中熵的变化情况,及其所反映的组织风险的变化情况,得出项目经理部在建设工程项目实施过程中的组织风险的变化曲线呈"船型"。然后将其与组织风险的经验认识进行了对比分析,提出了相应的组织风险应对措施。这对于更好地认识、应对建设工程项目经理部的组织风险具有一定的指导意义。Project manager team is a direct project management organization during the construction of a project.In practice,its own organizational risk is a significant content among various risks.The changing condition of entropy and the organizational risk reflected by the entropy variation in the project manager team is deeply analyzed in the view of entropy change,and we find that the changing curve of the organization risk in the project implementing process is like a 'ship'.Moreover,the countermeasures against for organizational risk are put forward after the comparison and analysis of the curve and the common experiences of organizational risk.It has a certain guiding significance in better understanding and handling of the organizational risk in the project manager team.
