摘 要:单级水库因受库容、开发利用方式等限制,在运行调度中难以较好解决受建库影响的泥沙冲淤失衡问题。梯级水库(群)的联合优化调度能充分发挥梯级水库库容大、调度方式灵活等特点,可从宏观上对泥沙分布进行调整,改善库区及坝下游局部河段的水流流态,加强泥沙颗粒级配的分选,优化河床淤积形态,并配合生态调度进行补沙,为河流泥沙资源综合利用提供条件。结合三峡水库及其上游梯级联合调度研究,探讨了梯级水库在泥沙资源有效利用方面的作用及河流泥沙资源的管理。Restricted by reservoir capacity and operation mode,a single reservoir can not solve the imbalance of erosion and deposition induced by reservoir construction.However,utilizing the characteristics of flexible regulation mode and huge reservoir capacity of reservoir groups,we can adjust the sediment distribution from a macroscopic perspective.In detail,we propose the utilization ways of sediment resources based on joint operation of reservoir groups:improving the flow pattern of reservoir area and downstream reaches;strengthening gradation and separation of sediment particles;optimizing deposition state of river channel,while conducting sediment supplement with combination of ecological operation of reservoirs.In view of the joint operation of Three Gorges Reservoir and its upstream cascade reservoirs,we discuss the role of cascade reservoirs in comprehensive utilization of sediment resources and management of fluvial sediment resources.
