摘 要:由于运行过程中水的大量蒸、散发损耗,火电厂循环冷却退水中污染物浓度发生了较大的变化,对退水河段水质影响较大。而新建、改扩建火电厂退水中污染物浓度是未知的,以往是采用人为选择某些污染物指标进行退水水质影响分析,缺乏客观合理的依据。通过对火电厂循环冷却水冷却过程损耗的分析,提出基于浓缩倍比的火电厂循环冷却退水污染物控制指标选取方法,以求做到合理选择污染物指标。通过对贵州4座已建电厂污染控制指标浓缩倍比的分析计算及与实测数据比较,证明了该方法合理可行。利用该方法,可以在火电厂论证阶段判断退水水质是否满足排放要求,并根据混合计算结果判断是否采取进一步的处理措施。以贵州清江发电厂为例,介绍了该方法的应用。Due to evapotranspiration loss,the pollutant concentration in circulating cooling water of a thermal power plant increases greatly,resulting in severe pollution on the water quality in river.The pollutant concentration of released circulating cooling water of a newly built and extra-built thermal power plant is unknown,in the past,the certain pollutants are selected artificially to carry out water environment impact analysis and this method is lack of reasonable and objective basis.Through analysis on the loss of circulating cooling water of thermal power plant in operation process,the selection method of pollutant control index for released circulating cooling water of thermal power plant based on concentration ratio is put forward to reasonably select pollutant to be controlled.The concentration ratios of pollutants in released circulating cooling water from 4 built thermal power plants in Guizhou Province are obtained;through comparison and analysis of calculation and measurement results,the reasonability and feasibility of this method is verified.Taking Qingjiang thermal power plant as an example,we present the application of this method.
