摘　　要：美国现代物流业的发达得益于其相得益彰的物流法律。与之相比,我国物流业尚处起步阶段,物流法律制度不够完善。鉴于此,关注美国现代物流最新进展,借鉴美国物流立法经验,对于我国物流业的发展,完善我国物流法律制度,具有十分重要的现实意义。The advances of the modern logistics industry in the U.S.is greatly facilitated by its logistics legal system.By contrast,the logistics industry in China is still in the initial development phase and lacks a comprehensive and sophisticated logistics legal system.In view of this,the paper looks at the latest development of the modern logistics industry in the U.S.and tries to draw lessons for the improvement of the logistics legal system of China by referencing to the corresponding legislating experience of the U.S.
