摘　　要：从劳动力产权的角度来研究经济增长与职业健康安全的内在联系,并构建了一个产权的分析框架,以此为基础对中国职业健康安全随经济增长而波动的深层原因进行了解析。认为中国职业健康安全规制的有效策略应寻求对劳动力产权的产权制度改革,实现劳动力市场中多元利益主体间的动态均衡,并构建一种政府、社会、劳动者与雇主之间"多维一体"的协同规制机制。This article aims to study the inner link of economic,occupational health and safety from the angle of labor force property right and capital property right,and also to construct one analysis framework of property right.Based on the former research,it further studies the inner reasons why occupational health and safety would fluctuate tag along the economic growth in China.The article concludes that China should carry out the reform of labor force property right,and realize the multimember mutual gamble among poly-profit individual,aiming to set up one multidimensional mechanism which comprises the government,society,laborer and employer.
