摘 要:采用不同的植物生长物质种类和浓度组合对怀山药(Dioscorea oppositas Thunb.)微型块茎进行诱导。结果表明,培养基中加入NAA、2,4-D等人工合成的植物生长物质能诱导出比不添加的处理多的微型块茎。PP333对诱导怀山药微型块茎的形成也具有重要的影响。当与0.5 mg/L NAA搭配使用的时候,PP333的浓度为0.01 mg/L时所诱导的微型块茎形成率较0.50 mg/L PP333的高,平均每个结微型块茎株所形成的微型块茎少且大;当与0.50 mg/L 2,4-搭配使用时,PP333的最适浓度为0.10 mg/L。Combinations of different plant growth substances with different concentration were applied on yam tubers to induce the formation of micro-tuber.It was proved that adding artificial plant growth substances such as NAA,2,4-D would induce more and bigger micro-tuber than the treatment without plant growth substances.PP333 also had great influence on the formation of micro-tuber of yam.When co-applied with NAA,0.01 mg/L PP333 had higher formation rate of micro-tuber than 0.01 mg/L PP333 while the micro-tuber per each stem was less and bigger.
