摘　　要：实验研究小尺寸挤塑型聚苯乙烯(XPS)保温板水平燃烧特性,测得试样水平燃烧的表面温度、质量损失速率、热释放速率等燃烧特性参数,发现了水平燃烧特性参数与厚度的关系。分析发现:试样水平燃烧表面温度、火焰前锋蔓延速率受厚度影响很小;最大质量损失速率、辐射热值与材料的厚度成正相关关系;最大热释放速率与厚度呈对数关系。Horizontal burning characteristics of small size XPS insulation board was researched by experiment.The surface temperature,mass loss rate,heat release rate,etc.of horizontal burning of sample were tested,and the relationship between the horizontal burning characteristics and thickness of board was found.The analysis indicated that: the thickness affect the surface temperature and spread rate of front flame little;the thickness is proportional to max mass loss rate and radiant heat value;the max heat release rate has logarithmic relationship with thickness.
