高层建筑避难间设置探讨

摘　　要：现有设置避难层的高层公共建筑较少且发挥作用有限。部分避难层被设置成敞开式,避难层内部的防火分隔措施不够完善。我国避难层面积5人/m2的要求明显偏低。必须扩大避难层设置范围,100m以下高层公共建筑和住宅也须考虑设置避难层、避难间。避难层、避难间的防火分隔、送风系统、照明系统要求偏低,需作改进。There are not many high-rise public building with refuge floors now and the effect of refuge floors is limited.Some refuge floors were designed in open type and the fire separation in the refuge floor is not perfect.The requirement in our country of area of refuge floor as 5person / m 2 is not enough.There must be more situations to set refuge floors like public and residence high-building lower than 100m.The requirements to fire separation,air supply system and lighting system are not enough and should be enhanced.
