摘 要:结合张峰水库实际施工过程中条件的变化,对初步设计中确定的堆石坝反滤料设计方案,进行了进一步优化比较,提出了新的设计方案。而后,通过室内试验,对新方案的反滤料进行了渗透变形试验、心墙裂缝冲刷试验以及反滤效果试验。结果表明,级配调整后的反滤料自身反滤性能好,具有良好的保土排水性能以及促进粘土心墙裂缝愈合能力,能承受较大的水流冲刷。为此,证明:优化设计方案合理,用料少、投资省。Combined with the variation of the relevant conditions during the actual construction of Zhangfeng Reservoir,the design scheme of filter material for the construction of the rock-fill dam made in the preliminary design is further optimized and compared,and then a new scheme is put forward.Moreover,the seepage-deformation test,scouring test on crack of core-wall and test on filtering effect are made for the new scheme of the filter materials.The results show that the filter material is good in its self-filtering performance with better soil conservation and drainage performance and the capacity to promote crack healing of the clay core-wall after the gradation adjustment concerned,accordingly,can resist the scouring from a larger seepage flow.Therefore,it is demonstrated that the optimized design scheme is reasonable with the merits of less consumption of filter material and large investment saving concerned.
