摘　　要：针对龙岗河干流综合治理一期工程工期短、强度高、线路长等特征,本文系统阐述了该工程建设管理的成功经验,为城市河道综合治理工程探索了一种新的建设管理模式,以资参考。In accordance with the characteristics of short construction period,high construction intensity and long construction line of the Phase I project of the Comprehensive Improvement Project of Main-stream of Longganghe River,the successful experiences from the construction management of the project are systematically introduced herein;from which,a new construction mode of the comprehensive improvement of urban river is explored and then can be provide as a reference for the other similar project concerned.
