摘  要:高烈度地区某超高层结构地面以上部分57层,地面到大屋面高度为246.25m,采用钢管混凝土柱-型钢梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒-伸臂桁架结构体系。通过多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震作用下的结构受力性能分析,论证了结构的抗震安全性。介绍了核心筒剪力墙、外围框架柱以及加强层等关键部位的设计思路。通过工程实践验证了高烈度地区混合结构通过合理的结构体系设计形成多道抗震防线,保证结构整体安全性能的可行性。The super-tall hybrid structure,in high seismic intensity region,has 57 floors above ground and the total height of the structure is 246.25 m.The structural system employed in the main tower is composed of steel frames and reinforced concrete core tubes.Two strengthening stories are designed with outriggers and belt members.The seismic safety of the structure was demonstrated by analyzing the mechanical performance under the effect of frequent earthquakes,fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes.The design ideas of the key parts which were about the core shear wall,external frame column and strengthened stories were introduced.And it is possible to ensure the safety of the hybrid structure in highly seismic region,through designing reasonable structural system in which multiple seismic-resisting lines were formed.
