摘 要:以结构重量为目标函数,考虑构件稳定应力约束、强度应力约束、长细比约束和结构位移约束,对弦支穹顶结构进行了尺寸优化设计研究。为有效引入位移约束,采用位移关于构件截面积梯度分量权重来增加构件截面积。为提高设计变量的搜索效率,对钢管、钢索和钢拉杆规格库进行了优化排序处理,显著提高了优化搜索速度。采用优化设计方法,对深圳大运会篮球馆屋盖弦支穹顶结构进行了尺寸优化设计研究。研究结果表明,在构件稳定应力、强度应力、长细比和结构刚度(位移约束)等约束满足设计要求前提下,结构用钢量显著减少。优化设计方法搜索速度很快,应用简单,可用于大型弦支穹顶结构设计中。This paper performs study on sizing optimum design of suspendome structures,using structure weight as optimum object function,and taking into consideration the member' s stability stress,strength stress,slenderness ratio and displacement constraints。In order to achieve effective introduction of displacement constraint,member sectional areas are increased by use of displacement grade component ratio.In order to improve the search efficiency,those standard section specifications of steel pipe,steel rod and steel wire cable are reordered,and good search result is obtained.By using present optimum method,optimum design is carried out for roof structure of basketball hall of 2011 Universiade Shenzhen.The results show that the structure weight decreases obviously under constraints of the member' s stability stress,strength stress,slenderness ratio and displacement.Present method is quick in searching and simple in use,and can be applied to large-scale suspendome structure optimum design.
