摘　　要：分析了陕西三次产业结构的总体特征及三次产业结构内部特征。研究中发现三次产业结构中农业基础薄弱、技术水平低,工业比重过高,第三产业比重却相对较小;并且三次产业结构与就业结构严重不协调。同时发现三次产业内部结构存在诸多问题。最后对陕西产业结构优化升级提出了对策建议。Analysis is carried out about the general feature and the internal characteristics of Shaanxi three industrial structures.From the study it is found out that in three industrial structures the foundational position of agriculture is very weak,while the level of technology is very low,and that the proportion of industry is too high but the proportion of the third industry is relatively small.Then it is also revealed that three industrial structures are inconsistent with the employment structure,ant that there exist many problems inside three industrial structures.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward about the optimization and upgrading of Shaanxi industrial strucuture.
