摘 要:建筑物的抗震鉴定加固是实现其在地震时安全目标的重要措施之一,尤其是早期的房屋,整体性较差,抗震能力低,因而需要重点进行加固改造,以提高其综合抗震防灾能力。以上海市某教学楼为例,通过对其房屋质量检测结果,以及抗震能力进行研究、分析,运用PKPM结构分析计算软件,详细介绍了框架结构建筑抗震鉴定及加固的主要内容,给出了相应的加固处理措施。The seismic appraisement and strengthening of building structures is one of the most important measures for safety aim during the earthquake.Especially in the early houses with poor integrity and earthquake strengthening ability,so the strengthening technology should be used to improve the comprehensive earthquake resistance and disaster prevention.In this paper,the contents about seismic appraisement and seismic strengthening measures to frame-bent structure is given,by analyzing an example of one Shanghai educational building.The studies and analysis have been made on the building quality inspection results and seismic ability by PKPM software calculation.
