摘  要:采用新增1台重燃料油汽提塔,并将1台裂解炉改造为循环乙烷与丙烷裂解炉(以下简称乙烷炉)措施,对中国石油大庆石化公司新老区裂解装置进行了改造。结果表明,通过对乙烷炉改造,排烟温度降至108℃,热效率达到94%,乙烷转化率提高了10个百分点。通过对急冷系统改造,老区急冷油减黏塔塔釜温度提高11℃,新老区可节约调质油96 t/d,多发生稀释蒸汽量10 t/h。The new and old cracking units of Daqing Petrochemical Company was revamped by adding a heavy fuel oil stripper and modifying a cracking furnace into a ethane and propane cyclic pyrolysis furnace(ethane furnace in short).The results showed that after revamping the ethane furnace,the exhaust gas temperature decreased to 108℃,the heat efficiency of the furnace reached 94% and the conversion of ethane increased by 10 precent points.Meanwhile,by revamping the quench system,the bottom temperature of the oil quench tower in the old pyrolysis unit increased by 11℃,the viscosity control oil in the new and old unit was saved by 96t/d and the dilution steam increased by 10t/h.
