摘　　要：通过对固相萃取的流速、洗脱剂种类、洗脱剂用量等条件进行优化后,采用固相萃取-气相色谱法中壬基酚和辛基酚的检出限分别为0.020mg/L和0.025mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%.该方法对市售防水服实际样品的检测也取得了较为满意的结果.壬基酚和辛基酚的加标回收率为92.78%,82.94%.A method of solid-phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography was applied for determination of alkylphenol in waterproof clothing.Test parameters were optimized such as elution speed,eluent,eluent volume,etc.The detection limits were 0.020m/L and 0.025mg/L for nonylphenol and octylphenol respectively,the RSD was generally below 5%.The results show that recoveries of different concentrations were 92.78% and 82.94%.The determination results of water samples are satified.
