摘  要:以35份甘蔗原种为材料,采用盆栽试验研究不同供磷水平下,不同甘蔗原种磷素吸收利用的基因型差异,甘蔗生物量、分蘖率、磷素吸收量、磷素利用效率等指标。结果表明:在施磷和不施磷,甘蔗分蘖率、生物量、磷吸收量和磷利用效率在不同的种质间都达到差异极显著;甘蔗的分蘖数、生物产量、地上部磷吸收量、地下部磷吸收量、全株磷吸收量和磷利用效率在施磷和不施磷处理间均达到极显著差异;低磷条件下,供试的35份栽培原种,具有高生物量、磷素吸收总量和磷素利用效率高的2份种质,分别是AO0005和AO0010。图1,表5,参16。The pot experiment was conducted for 35 original sugarcane varieties to study genotype phosphorus absorption and utilization difference,using different phosphorus application. Sugarcane biomass,tillering rate,phosphorus uptake,phosphorus use efficiency and other indices were studied. The results showed that there were extremely significant difference on sugarcane tillering rate,biomass,P uptake and P use efficiency in different varieties,regardless phosphorus application. There were also extremely significant difference on sugarcane tiller number,yield,P uptake both in the ground and underground,whole plant P uptake and P use efficiency in different treatments,AO0005 and AO0010 genotypes showed the highest biomass,total of P uptake and P use efficiency among 35 original sugarcane varieties.
