摘　　要：目的探讨小儿静脉留置针穿刺失败相关因素及护理对策。方法对小儿静脉留置针穿刺失败的各种因素进行回顾性分析。结果留置针穿刺失败以护士不良心理因素、患儿血管情况较差、护士技术水平较低等为主要原因。结论小儿静脉留置针穿刺应提高护士心理素质、技术操作水平及合理选择血管,是预防小儿静脉穿刺失败的主要原因。Objective To study the pediatric vein needle biopsy under failure related factors and nursing countermeasures.Methods The children vein needle biopsy under the failure of various factors were analyzed retrospectively.Results A lien needle biopsy to nurse bad failure psychological factors,vascular situation is bad,the children nurse technical level lower as the main reason.Conclusion The young child vein needle biopsy lien shall be the psychological quality,improve the nurse technical operation level and rational selection of blood vessels,Prevention of pediatric vein puncture the main reason for the failure.
