摘  要:阐述了高压共轨柴油机电磁阀的两种主要故障类型,并利用PSpice软件分析了各种电磁阀故障所对应的驱动电流特征,根据不同故障驱动电流的特征给出了电磁阀实时故障诊断系统的软硬件设计,系统能够检测出电磁阀的不同故障,且对于电磁阀短路故障可以区分出短路到电源还是短路到地,提高了电磁阀驱动过程中的保护及控制可靠性。试验结果表明:系统能在30μs内关闭故障电磁阀,可有效地保证发动机及其控制系统的安全运行。Two main fault states for high pressure common rail diesel engine solenoid valve were firstly introduced in this paper.Then different driving current characteristics of these fault states were analyzed with PSpice.And lastly a diagnostic system in real time for the solenoid valve was designed based on these studies,such as software and hardware design.The diagnostic system can quickly detect the states of the fault solenoid valve;Moreover,it can distinguish shorts to ground or shorts to supply apart.So the diagnostic system has improved the protection for the valve driving and increased the system's credibility.Experimental result shows that it can turn off the valve within 30 μs after a fault was detected,so that it can protect the engine and its controller effectively.
