摘　　要：高校基层党务工作者是大学生党员发展工作的执行者、党员质量的把关者和党员教育管理的组织者。随着大学生党员数量和比例的逐年提升,保障学生党员质量成为各类高校基层党务工作者亟待解决的问题。建设一支素质高、能力强、业务精的基层党务工作者队伍,对保障大学生党员质量起着至关重要的作用。进一步加强高校基层党务工作者队伍建设,要着重抓好学生党员发展、质量把控、教育管理和率先垂范等方面工作。Party workers at basic level in colleges and universities is the performer of the development of college student Party members,the manager of party executive quality and the organizer of Party member education.With the yearly increase of the number and proportion of college student Party members,it has become the urgent task of various types of college party workers at basic level to guarantee the quality of college student Party members.It is of vital importance to construct a professional party workers team of high quality and strong ability to ensure the quality of student Party members.To further enhance the construction of the team,it is necessary for the Party affairs staff to take the lead in doing things and great attention should be paid to the development of college student Party members,the quality control and the education management.
