摘　　要：国土资源部机关办公自动化系统基于数据库技术、Web技术、Web Service技术以及统一公共服务支撑环境,实现了部机关公文的全流程处理、政务督查、会议管理、公务员考核等日常办公业务的自动化和网络化。自2008年起,公文处理、政务督查等10多个子系统在部机关得到全面应用。部机关办公自动化系统实现了日常办公方式的重大转变,已经成为机关处理日常公文与事务必不可少的信息系统。The desktop automation system the Departments relies on database technology,network technology,network technology services and a unified public service to support the networking and computing environment,which implements the entire process of materials,conference director of supervision,the Chief supervision,civil service examination,and routine office business.Since 2008,the document processing,administrative control,more than 10 subsystems is now empowered to manage the daily operations and the transaction key documents in ministries,leading to a major change in the daily office procedures.It will become an important processing system and computerized records of daily transactions in departments.
