摘　　要：本文从国土资源部的实际情况出发,通过分析人大建议与政协提案办理的工作流程,提出了系统实现的功能,并通过实际运用,有效解决人大建议与政协提案的网上办理以及办理过程的全程监督。This article has analyzed the workflow of processing recommendations from the NPC and CPPCC proposal,taking into account the current state of the ministry,emphasizing the implementation of system functions,which managed to get online check and handle the full supervision of the process about the NPC suggestions and proposals of the CPPCC in practice.
