摘　　要：本文对统一公共服务平台的设计思路,总体架构,技术特点、功能模块进行了详细阐述,并说明其如何在办公自动化系统的建设与运行中发挥支撑作用。This paper has studied and explained carefully the concept of the platform to the unified public service with its general framework and technical characteristics,as well as the modulus of the function.It also explains how-is it acts as a support to operate the office automation system.
