摘　　要：国土资源部机关办公自动化系统已全面部署并投入使用,如何保障系统的安全性、真实性、有效性成为系统建设及应用过程中不容忽视的问题。本文从电子公文的特性入手,结合部机关办公自动化,对多个安全技术进行了探讨,并对进一步安全部署提出了思路。The office automation system to the MLR has been fully deployed and commissioned.It is to know how to protect system security,authenticity and effectiveness,which is a significant issue during its implementation and use.With an analysis at the characteristics of electronic documents,a number of security technologies and ideas for the next deployment of security have been proposed in this paper.
