摘　　要：利用雌性尼罗罗非鱼和雄性奥利亚罗非鱼进行种间杂交繁育奥尼罗非鱼,用染色检验法和肉眼鉴定法确定鱼苗的雄性率,奥尼罗非鱼雄性率可达98%以上,生产性能优良.A cross between the female of Oreochromis niloticus and male of Oreochromis aureus breed hybrid Tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus×Oreochromis aureus),the dyeing way of sexual glands and the way of seeing opening of abdomen judges the young fish of hybrid Tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus×Oreochromis aureus),the male rate of the young fish of hybrid Tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus×Oreochromis aureus) is over 98%.The production performance of hybrid Tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus×Oreochromis aureus) is very excellent.
