摘　　要：民主政治的发展产生了对政党的需求,政党的核心作用在于作为"桥梁和纽带"来连接民众和公共权力。执政党之所以能够代表民众执掌公共权力,其基础在于获得了大多数民众的拥护。因此,执政党要想长期执政,自然要随着民众构成状况的变化而不断"调适"自己。现阶段,执政党需要在正确认识中产阶层的作用、培育和促进中产阶层发展壮大,以及促进阶层间关系和谐方面付出切实的努力,以巩固和拓展自己的民众支持。The development of democratic politics brings political Party into being,while,the core function of the political Party is being a bridge to connect people and public authorities The reason why the ruling Party represents people to hold public power is that it's power is given by the people and it is supported by the majority.The ruling Party has to adjust itself with the structure change of people in order to hold power in a long period of time.Currently,the ruling Party has to understand correctly the function of middle class and take effective measures to cultivate and promote development and multi-relations among classes to consolidate and expand the support of people.
