摘　　要：湘鄂渝黔边区地理和人文特征趋同,资源条件相似,是一个在自然环境和社会发展特征等方面都具有较强同一性的相对完整和独立的地理单元,具备区域公共管理模式与机制构建的基础性条件。研究揭示湘鄂渝黔边区区域公共产品供给各主体的行为逻辑和动因,构建"跨区域、多中心"的治理模式,有助于区域内各地方政府制定针对性更强的政策,有效提供区域公共产品。Hunan-Hubei-Chongqing-Guizhou border region is a relatively integrated geographical unit that share similar geographical and humanity features with same environment and social development level,which could be a foundation to build regional public management mode and mechanism.The revelation of the behavior logic and reason of the subjects that offer public products in this region and the construction of governance mode which can be helpful for local governments to make appropriate polices and to offer regional public products effectively.
