摘　　要：新生代农民工已经成为当代中国产业工人的主体和中国工业化的主力。他们的命运关系到中国城市化和工业化的未来,关系到中国经济转型能否顺利进行。必须从加快城乡统筹协调发展和加快经济发展方式转变的大局出发,针对新生代农民工的特点、诉求和面临的障碍,既立足当前,帮助他们解决最直接、最现实的问题,又着眼全局和长远,推进城乡联动改革创新,促进新生代农民工有序融入城镇,共建共享城市现代文明。The new generation of migrant workers have become the main force of modern industry workers and industrialization of China,whose fortune matters the future of urbanization and industrialization and matters whether the economic transformation would be successful or not.Thus,it has to take hold the general situation of speeding up balancing urban and rural development and economic transformation,meanwhile,the understanding of their characteristics,appeals and the barrier they are facing could be helpful for solving the most immediate problems.In addition,through pushing urban-rural relating reform innovation and promoting new generation of migrant workers' integration in a good order to share modern civilization in cities.
