摘　　要：大学生篮球超级联赛是我国大学生篮球联赛中的新事物,大超教练员还需要进一步提高,本文采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法 ,对大超联赛教练员现状进行研究,并提出促进大超联赛进一步发展的对策和建议.It is a new face of our league college basketball match of CUBS.As for the coaches of SUBS,the managing and administrating system need to be wholly developed.It is mainly studied on the player by means of using documentation,investigation,logical analysis,etc.Suggestions and countermeasures are brought forth to promote the further development of CUBS.
