摘 要:主轴系统是数控机床的重要组成部分,其动态特性是影响机床加工精度的主要原因之一。本文运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对主轴系统进行分析,建立了HMC50型卧式加工中心主轴系统的三维有限元模型并进行模态分析,得到了主轴系统的前七阶固有频率和模态振型,计算了临界转速。验证了主轴系统结构设计的合理性,为今后机床的性能改进提供了理论依据。Spindle system is a key part of CNC machine and the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool spindle system is the main reason which affects the machining precision.In this paper,the spindle system is studied by using ANSYS software.The 3D finite element model of the spindle system on HMC50 horizontal machining center was established,and the dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The first seven natural frequencies and vibration models were obtained and the critical speed was calculated.The design rationality of the spindle system is proven,which lays a theoretical basis for the performance optimizing in the future.
