摘 要:探究了冰蓄冷低温送风空调系统较常规空调系统在风管得热、温升及保温的差异。叙述了由于送风温度的降低导致低温风管的得热、温升及保温的变化,并通过计算得出低温送风风管得热、温升及保温厚度,将其结果与常规空调系统进行对比分析。计算分析表明,在相同的保温厚度下,低温送风系统的风管温升大于常规系统,且这样的温升将会对较低的送风温度带来大的波动。增加保温厚度会减少两者的温升比。而低温送风系统的风管得热与常规系统近似相等。常规空调系统的风管保温层厚度不能满足低温送风风管表面不结露的要求。设计中应综合确定保温层厚度的3个依据来增加保温层厚度。Inquiry the differences between cold air distribution systems of ice storage and conventional air conditioning system in the duct heat gain、temperature rise and thermal insulation.Describe the changes of heat gain、temperature rise and thermal insulation of cold air distribution system due to the lower air supply temperature.Calculates the cold air distribution system duct heat gain、temperature rise and thickness of thermal insulation.Compare the result with conventional air conditioning systems.Analysis showed that the same thickness of thermal insulation,the cold air distribution system duct temperature rise higher than conventional systems,and the temperature rise of lower air supply temperature will have large fluctuations.Increase the thickness of thermal insulation will reduce the temperature rise radio of two systems.The duct heat gain of cold air distribution system and conventional systems are approximately equal.The thickness of thermal insulation of the conventional air conditioning duct does not satisfy the requirements of low temperature air supply duct surface non-dewfall.The design should be integrated to three basis of determine the thickness of the insulating layer to increase the thickness of thermal insulation.
