摘  要:目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在糖尿病(DM)诊断和治疗监测中的作用.方法检测91例DM及并发症患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)及HbA1c浓度并进行比较分析.结果 HbA1c频数分布P50对应的HbA1c浓度为5.94%.HbA1c与FPG的相关系数r1=0.489 98,与2hPG的相关系数r2=0.299 95,HbA1c和FPG,2hPG有良好的相关性.HbA1c浓度与DM并发症的相关性分析显示:HbA1c含量越高,DM并发症的发生率也越高.结论 HbA1c对DM诊断有较高的特异性,对预测DM并发症及调整治疗方案有重要意义.Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment monitoring effect of glycosylated hemoglobin on diabetes mellitus.Method We measured levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG) and HbA1c for 91 patients of DM with complications so as to study the diagnostic and prognostic significances of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) in diabetes mellitus(DM).HbA1c concentration frequency distribution in DM was assessed.Results HbA1c concentration at frequency distribution P50 as measured in DM is 5.94%.HbA1c is correlated with FPG and 2hPG,correlation coefficient r1=0.489 98 and r2= 0.299 95,respectively.The relevance analysis of HbA1c concentration and DM complication shows that the higher the HbA1c content is,the higher the incidence rate of DM complication will be.Conclusion HbA1c shows a high specificity for DM diagnosis.It is also implicated in the prediction of DM complication and the adjustment of therapeutic schedule.
