摘　　要：针对设备使用维修手册保管不便及查阅、使用繁琐等缺点,论述了基于VC和Flash的交互式电子技术手册(IETM)的设计。电子手册具有顺序阅读、索引阅读、图纸导航阅读、备件信息提示、备件信息修改、备件模糊搜索及备件综合管理等功能。该手册使用VC编程并借助Flash技术,兼顾了扩展性好和占用空间小的特点;数据库采用ACCESS数据库,使其在安装Office的电脑上即可使用。在某烟厂车间的应用表明:本手册方便了维护工人,缩减了维护周期,对设备管理具有良好的效果。Considering the difficulty in keeping and applying equipment manuals,the interactive electronic technical manual(IETM) design based on VC and Flash was discussed.IETM has functions like reading in order,index reading,drawings-navigation reading,spare parts tips,their fuzzy searching and management and changing their information,etc.The manual with ACCESS database,good expansibility and small space can be used on PCs with Office software.Application in a cigarette factory shows that this manual can facilitate workers,shorten maintenance cycle and benefit equipment management.
