摘　　要：目的研究机动护士库在护理人力资源调配中的临床应用,探索护理人员合理使用的新途径。方法通过医院机动护士库的规范化建立,设计机动护士的管理模式,进行机动护士的规范化培训,确立应用效果观察指标及观察方法,总结机动护士库临床应用效果。结果医院盈余护士得到了合理利用,住院和出院患者满意度有所提高,护理投诉和护理缺陷呈下降趋势,在一定程度上保证了护理的质量和患者的安全,改善了患者的就医体验。结论机动护士库的规范建立和合理调配应用,是护理人员合理使用的新途径,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical application of flexible nurse library in the nursing human resources,and explore the new ways to reasonably allocate nurses.Methods To standardize flexible nurse library,establish its management mold,train mobile nurses standardly,set observation targets and methods over the mobile nurses' application effects,and conclude the effects of mobile nurses on clinical applications.Results Surplus nurses of the hospital have been reasonably allocated,satisfaction by inpatients and discharged patients is improved greatly,and nursing complaints and defects are all reduced obviously.This,in a way,guarantees the nursing quality and patients' safety,and improves patients' experience.Conclusion Standardizing mobile nurse stock and reasonably organizing it is the new way to utilize nursing staff,which should be widely used in clinical applications.
