庄子思想在武当道教武术中的运用探析

摘　　要：武当道教武术摄养生之精髓,集技击之大成,且蕴含着深刻的哲理奥妙.庄子在继承老子思想的基础上进一步丰富了道家学派的思想理论,其深刻的哲学思想至今为武当道教武术及中华传统武术所接受运用,其无形的思想融入在有形的武术当中.通过运用文献资料法,访谈法,逻辑分析等方法,找出武当道教武术中庄子的由巧得技,由技入道,通过"养气"而达到人生最高境界的表现形式,追寻武当道教武术与庄子思想的理论渊源,探索武当道教武术的理论精髓,以推进武当道教武术文化的发扬光大.Wu dang Taoist martial contains the essence of health,the great success of fighting,and a profound philosophy.On the basis of inheriting Laozi thought,Zhuangzi further enriched the Taoist thought,which is still accepted in Taoist martial arts,and whose shapeless ideas is integrated into tangible martial arts.By way of literature,interview,logical analysis,this paper has studied Zhuangzi Thought in Wudang Taoist martial arts as to research the theory origins and the theory essence in order to promote the flourishing of Wudang Taoist martial arts.
