摘　　要：中共四大至五大时期,党的出版组织机构几经变化,这些机构有些是作为独立机构存在的,有些是作为宣传部或组织部下属机构形式存在的,同时,出版组织机构的职能也有稍许的不同;但是,这种机构的变化相比四大以前的出版组织机构,是一个比较大的进步,这突出表现在其作为出版机构功能的强化上。During the historical period between the Fourth and Fifth CPC People's Representatives Conference,the publication institutional framework underwent various changes.Some of the organizations existed as autonomous agencies,while others as the subdivision of the Propaganda Department or Organization Department.Meanwhile,the functions of the publication institutional framework appeared slightly different.However,such changes in the organizing structures had been a big progress,which was prominently demonstrated in the strengthening of the functions of the publication institutions as compared with the publication institutions.
