摘　　要：目的通过Orthofix重建外固定架治疗下肢长骨感染性大段骨缺损,总结探索治疗下肢长骨大段骨缺损的方法。方法从2003年5月～2010年3月,治疗应用Orthofix外架治疗67例下肢长骨感染性大段骨缺损,依次进行清创、截骨、骨运输。结果67例骨缺损全部得到修复。骨缺损愈合时间为6～18个月,平均9.8个月,无一例出现血管神经损伤。结论 Orthofix重建外固定架是治疗下肢长骨感染性大段骨缺损的方法之一。Objective To investigate the method treating osseous defect of lower limb by use of Orthofix external fixation.Methods From May 2003 to March 2010,there were 67 cases with large osseous defect of lower limb.Debridement,osteotomy,bone transportation were performed sequentially.Results All cases were cured with a mean time of 9.8 months(range 6-18months).There was no complication of nerve and blood vessels.Conclusion Orthofix external fixation is one of good methods treating large osseous defect of lower limb.
